When you call, you will be asked to give some brief details of your problem and this information will be passed to the doctor who will ring you back at the end of surgery.
The practice nurse is also happy to give you advice over the telephone between 12 noon and 12.30.
For minor symptoms and advice you can also speak to your pharmacist who can advise on over the counter medication.
If you or a member of your family requires an interpreter, please speak to the receptionist who will arrange for a member of the language service to be available at the time of your appointment.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
