INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS REGARDING CORONAVIRUS INFECTION
If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and a high temperature, you are advised to stay at home for 7 days. Do not book a GP appointment or attend your GP practice. If you live with other people, they should also stay at home for at least 14 days, to avoid spreading the infection outside the home.
If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help, and advise you what to do. Only call 111 direct if you are advised to do so by the online service or cannot go online.

Top tips to avoid spreading viruses:
- Regularly clean your hands with soap and water / alcohol based hand sanitiser
- Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing
To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19 and reduce pressure on your local GP practice during this busy time, appointments will be carried out over the phone unless there is a clinical need for you to come into the practice. This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.

Respect: We are all different and have different needs, yet respect is mutual. We must show respect, understanding and compassion for others at all times regardless of the situation.
Innovation: We are committed to improving the level of service offered to our patients. We are constantly seeking new ways of working to enhance service provision and the patient experience, introducing new technologies and methods of working to meet the expectations of our patient group.
