Repeat Prescriptions

How do I order a repeat prescription?

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

  • Telephone - leave your request on the ansaphone by calling 01908 200529 and pressing number 3.
  • Re-order Form - place it in the prescription box in reception or post through the health centre letter box.
  • Post - you can enclose an SAE if you would like your prescription posted back to you.
  • On-Line - if you have registered with SystmOnline and have received your login details, please click here      to order your prescription

Please allow 2 working days before collecting the prescription from the health centre, or 3 days if you prefer to nominate a local pharmacy to collect the dispensed medication from. Some of the pharmacies will provide a home delivery service for housebound and elderly patients.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
